Vendor registration is now open.

Booth space is limited, and availability will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is submitted, you can expect to receive your invoice within one to five business days. There will only be three spots available for food trucks.

Saturday, November 21:

9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.             Vendor Check In/Set Up

Sunday, November 22:

The event is at Four States Fair arena in Texarkana, Arkansas November 21 and 22, 2026. Shopping hours are Saturday, November 22 noon – 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 23 noon – 5 p.m.

You will be contacted from Cowgirl Market ([email protected]) about your vendor space sometime after filling out the form, likely no more than two business days after. You will have 48 hours after receiving the invoice to pay.

From there we will send out a welcome email with other information including: move in/move out information, resource guide, and more.

* There will be no refunds on vendor fee invoices
