When is the event?
The event is at Four States Fair arena in Texarkana, Arkansas November 21 and 22, 2026. Shopping hours are noon – 5 p.m. Saturday November 22 and noon – 5 p.m. Sunday November 23.
How do I apply to be a vendor?
