Media pass information

To maintain organization and ensure a high-quality experience for our vendors and attendees, Cowgirl Market requires all individuals providing professional photography or videography services at the event to complete a media credential application. This applies to anyone capturing content in a professional capacity—including photographers or videographers hired by vendors for booth or product content. Example: If a Cowgirl Market vendor hires a photographer to take photos or video at their booth during the event, that photographer must complete the media credential form and be approved prior to the event. All approved media will be required to check in and pick up a media pass at the Cowgirl Market check-in table upon arrival. Applications close 15 days prior to the event you are applying for. We encourage you to plan ahead and submit your application early. Unapproved professional photography or videography is not permitted at Cowgirl Market.

Approved media partners will receive: official Cowgirl Market media pass and event access, vendor map provided prior to the event to assist with planning and coverage, on-site support from the Cowgirl Market team, opportunity to be featured or reshared on Cowgirl Market platforms (when applicable).
