Vendor registration is now open.

Booth space is limited, and availability will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is submitted, you can expect to receive your invoice within one to five business days.

11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.          Vendor Check In *all vendors must check in by 2 p.m.

The event is at Payne County  Expo Center October 15, 16, and 17, 2025. Shopping hours are: October 15 and 16, 4 p.m. to 8 pm, October 17, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tables are available to rent through Payne County Expo Center for $8 per table. These tables will be included in your total and paid to Cowgirl Market.

You will be contacted from Cowgirl Market ([email protected]) about your vendor space sometime after filling out the form, likely no more than two business days after. You will have 48 hours after receiving the invoice to pay.

From there we will send out a welcome email with other information including: move in/move out information, resource guide, and more.

* There will be no refunds on vendor fee invoices
