Vendor registration is now open.

Booth space is limited, and availability will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is submitted, you can expect to receive your invoice within one to five business days.

9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.             Vendor Check In/Set Up

11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.            Media Coverage

Sunday, August 16:

There will be a $20 charge for booths who need electricity
Do you need to rent tables?
Tables are available to rent through Brazos County Expo Center for $4 per table and $.50 per chair. These items will be included in your total and paid to Cowgirl Market.

You will be contacted from Cowgirl Market ([email protected]) about your vendor space sometime after filling out the form, likely no more than two business days after. You will have 48 hours after receiving the invoice to pay.

From there we will send out a welcome email with other information including: move in/move out information, resource guide, and more.

* There will be no refunds on vendor fee invoices
