Vendor registration is now open.

Booth space is limited, and availability will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is submitted, you can expect to receive your invoice within one to five business days.

Friday, April 30: 

10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.          Vendor Check In *all vendors must check in by 2 p.m.

4 p.m.                              Doors Open

8 p.m.                              Doors Close

 
Saturday, May 1:

The event is at the Manhattan Conference Center. Shopping hours are: Friday April 30 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

POLICIES

You will be contacted from Cowgirl Market (taylor@cowgirlmarket.com) about your vendor space after filling out the form. You will have 48 hours after receiving the invoice to pay.

From there we will send out a welcome email with other information including: move in/move out information, resource guide, and more.

* There will be no refunds on vendor fee invoices

* You are not permitted to resell your booth space

I understand that payment is required within forty-eight (48) hours of invoice receipt. I further consent to Cowgirl Market adding my contact information to its email list for event-related communications. I fully understand there will be no refunds once I pay my vendor fee invoice.
